Gîte/Apartment

2 bed roomed apartment with en-suite shower/wet rooms. Prices are weekly rates - Saturday (arrival after 3.00 p.m.) to Saturday (departure by 10.00 a.m.) but we will try to be flexible on changeover days if possible. All linen, towels and final clean included. Prices are in Euros €.

Booking Terms for Gîte/Apartment

- Prices are in Euros
- No smoking on entire property
- No pets
- Breakage/damage deposit of €100 (refundable on departure)
- 15% deposit required with booking, (non-refundable)
- Balance due 6 weeks before arrival date
- Cheques payable to P.J. Hardwicke

Cancellation Policy

We operate on a minimum cancellation notice of 28 days:
- Cancellation before 28 days of your holiday, 25% of full price.
- Cancellation within 28 days of your holiday, 50% of full price.
