Booking Terms for Gîte/Apartment

– Prices are in Euros
– No smoking on entire property
– No pets
– Breakage/damage deposit of €100 (refundable on departure)
– 20% deposit required with booking, (non-refundable)
– Balance due 6 weeks before arrival date
– Payments by bank transfer, details supplied upon booking.

Cancellation Policy
We operate on a minimum cancellation notice of 42 days:
– Cancellation before 42 days from the start of your holiday, 50% is payable.
– Cancellation after 42 days from the start of your holiday, 100% is payable.
